SUBMISSION REVIEW All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT on May 25, 2012. A review of all completed registration forms and essays will begin on or about May 25, 2012. All submissions will be reviewed based on a combination of the following criteria: creativity/uniqueness; quality of execution; and applicability to contest theme. Winners will be notified by email or Federal Express on or about May 28th, 2012. If a Prize Notification Letter or a Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. PRIZE AND ITS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") Winner will receive all expenses paid trip along with $300.00 towards airfare. Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, license, fees or other costs. Forum will ship prize to each winner via Federal Express at Forum's expense. Forum is not responsible for delays in delivery of any prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss to prize after it has been received.
