Q+A
What are the skills and responsibilities of being a snowboarder?
Well, you have to at least have some kind of skill and have to produce what you think people are going to like and want to see.
What makes you want to progress?
Just seeing everybody else progress. I just don’t want to be left behind. And, the feeling you get when you know you have become a better snowboarder.
How would you spend your ideal day?
Waking up to look out of the window and see that it has snowed three feet and there isn’t a cloud in sight and just going up snowboarding with my good friends.
What do you think is the most fun thing to do for yourself?
Go golfing.
What would you list as a career highlight?
I would say last year where we traveled to all these crazy places and were able to snowboard with all the Foursquare guys that I look up to and love snowboarding with.
Where there any notable trips in filming for Forum or Against’em?
Not for me really, as I only got a chance to go on two trips before i got hurt. Also, on both of those trips some gnarly things had happened back home and I had to leave and go tend to those.
In what kind of snowboard environment are you most comfortable?
I was super comfortable riding in the city but this year I am going to try and change some things up a little and see if I can become more comfortable in the back country and riding park.
If you weren’t snowboarding, you would be?
Have a normal job working 40 hours a week and going to school.
What, if anything, is too serious to be joked about?
Death.
What was the last thing you regret buying?
